Family home renewed and enhanced

The owners wanted to enhance and modernise the existing house.

 Our Brief

• Modernise the exterior of the house with cladding and new windows
• Venture Construction removed the existing dated exterior and re-clad with a fresh new weatherboard system
• All brickwork was rendered, and the front pergola was lined in a v-joint cladding
• With new windows throughout and a fresh coat of paint, the house was re-imagined in a Hamptons / beach style
• Re-tile the exterior deck and living areas
