A complete terrace renovation, utilising existing classic features with modern finishes and convenience.
A combination of both new and recycled materials were used to renovate this classic Bondi terrace, incorporating polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls and recycled hardwood beams.
Complete Terrace renovation and transformation, utilising existing main rooms and adding a new living and kitchen area flowing to rear courtyard and garden – using both new and old recycled materials.

- Demolished existing rear lean-to and created a new 12 metre family and living area
