Dudley Road, Rose Bay
Venture Construction demolished most of the original house on this large 700 square metre block and using the sloping site we created a high-end 3 story home, with an American Hamptons theme.

Bellevue Road, Bellevue Hill
One of the founding Bellevue Hill homes, this large house was in need of a sympathetic renovation. The brief was to restore the home throughout and improve on its large scale and oversized 1200sqm block where possible.

Cross Street, Double Bay
Venture Construction was engaged to undertake a full renovation of an existing block of 4 apartments and common areas. All apartments were stripped back and brought to life with modern finishes and appliances. We converted two apartments into garden apartments, updating the rear gardens with a modern Hamptons feel.

Epping Road, Double Bay
The owners wanted to enhance and update the existing house in one of Double Bay’s most popular streets.

George Street, Greenwich
Venture Construction took a beautiful old sandstone mansion on the point in Greenwich and enhanced and extended the house while keeping the original features and style. We worked with the owners and architect to add a new kitchen, living and outdoor areas, new double garage, sunroom, pergola, and landscaping.

Bellevue Gardens, Bellevue Hill
A residential project designed from the ground up. Venture Construction created a traditional, elegant house utilising a combination of dark timber floors, white subway tiles, wrought iron chandeliers, sisal carpet and white walls.

Ewill Street, Bondi
A complete terrace renovation, utilising existing classic features with modern finishes and convenience.
A combination of both new and recycled materials were used to renovate this classic Bondi terrace, incorporating polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls and recycled hardwood beams.

New South Head Road, Double Bay
Venture Construction took an old and dated apartment and created a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with beautiful features and modern facilities.

Wark Avenue, Pagewood
Venture Construction worked with the owners and architect to transform an existing house into a modern open plan and more functional home. We added new living areas, new kitchen and bathroom, an internal staircase and first floor bedrooms, and updated the exterior finishes.
