Ray White, Wahroonga
Venture Construction was engaged by Ray White Wahroonga to build an office space that reflected a Hamptons home. With weatherboard cladding, oak beams, sisal carpet and dark hardwood flooring, this office looked and felt more like a luxury home.

Four in Hand Hotel, Paddington
The brief was to add an additional restaurant and function rooms to the iconic 4 in hand hotel in Paddington. Under the direction of SJB Interiors, Venture Construction opened up existing storage rooms and a manager’s office to create a private dining/function room. A cocktail bar was built to service the area along with a private bathroom.

Moncur Street Offices, Woollahra
We took an unused floor and created a modern office environment and boardroom area. Venture Construction worked closely with SJB Design to fit out a beautiful modern and functional office space with workstations, executive offices and boardroom. The fitout included all furniture and communications and audio-visual equipment.

Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park
Throughout the Entertainment Quarter Venture Construction was used to handle many strip outs and make-good projects, varying in size from 80sqm to 800sqm. Working after hours to avoid disruption to other businesses, Venture Construction worked tirelessly to deliver these spaces on time for new tenants.
