Bellevue Gardens, Bellevue Hill

A residential project designed from the ground up. Venture Construction created a traditional, elegant house utilising a combination of dark timber floors, white subway tiles, wrought iron chandeliers, sisal carpet and white walls.

Another residential project, re-designed from the ground up. Venture Construction was brought in to completely renovate this 1960s townhouse, modernising the house but keeping its period charm.

Combining dark timber floors, white subway tiles, wrought iron chandeliers, sisal carpet and white walls, Venture Construction created a traditional, elegant house.

The Brief:

  • Demolished walls to open up living areas
  • New foundations throughout the ground floor
  • New flooring
  • New kitchens and Bathrooms throughout
  • Converted a balcony area into an ensuite
  • New Landscaping
